It’s been a busy few months for our construction team, as we continue to shape our thriving community.
Residential update:
Stage 8 – Earthworks are continuing and the sewer and drainage works will follow.
Stage 15 – Kerb and channel works are now completed and the footpaths, drive crossings and water sensitive urban design swales are underway.
Stage 16 – The approval of the detail design plans is ongoing. Earthworks will commence shortly.
Stage 17 -Earthworks have commenced following the final approvals being obtained.
Stage 19 – The approval of the detail plans is underway.

Stage 8 – Anticipated title December 2021
Stage 15 – Anticipated title October 2021
Stage 16 – Anticipated title March 2022
Stage 17 – Anticipated title February 2022
Stage 19 – Anticipated title April 2022
Infrastructure update:
The waterway culvert works under the Bellarine Highway are nearing completion with the pathway and mounding currently underway.
The waterway channels between the Bellarine Highway and the Bellarine Railway are nearly completed with final shaping and pathway construction to be completed.
The waterway culvert works under Fellows Road has been progressing well and on program. The culverts for both the inlet and outlet channel are now in place, with the concrete end walls underway. When these are completed, the reconstruction of Fellows Road will commence. These works are forecast for completion by early September 2021.
Landscaping update:
The landscaping works to the Bellarine Highway culverts, the northern waterway channels and the Fellows Road culverts will be commencing closer to Spring, as soon as the civil works have been completed.
