It’s been a busy month for our construction team, as we continue to shape our thriving community.
Residential update
Stage 8 – The earthworks are nearing completion on-site, with sewer works to commence later in the month. Practical completion is forecasted for mid-December 2021.
Stage 15 – Works are continuing with pathways and swales completed with sewer chamber installation underway. The topsoiling of lots has commenced, as with base pavement, with the wearing course asphalt to follow. Practical completion is forecasted for late August.
Stage 16 – The final approvals for Stage 16 are currently being completed with earthworks due to commence in September 2021.
Stage 17 – The earthworks are continuing for Stage 17 which will be followed by the impact rolling. Sewer works are programmed to commence in mid-September. Practical completion is forecasted for February 2022.
Stage 18 – The documentation and approval stage is proceeding with Stage 18.
Stage 19 – The final approvals for Stage 19 are continuing, with the earthworks forecast to commence this September 2021.

Infrastructure
The waterway culverts under the Bellarine Highway have been completed and landscape works are now underway.
The waterway culverts under Fellows Road are in the ground and the road pavement is now being reconstructed. Works are currently forecast for completion by the end of August 21. Landscape works will then commence.
Waterway construction is also continuing within The Point both north of the Bellarine Highway and to the west of completed stages.
