The highly anticipated Cafe 3225 is open at The Point’s Community Hub

We’re excited to announce the official opening of a new cafe right here at The Point on Wednesday 4 March.

Located at The Point’s Community Hub, Cafe 3225 will be your new local spot for enjoying barista-made coffee, delicious homemade treats and catching up with friends and family.

Relax and soak up the sunshine while enjoying waterfront views and why not have a browse of our recently refreshed sales office while you’re there!

Cafe owner Jess Bellamy is a Bellarine local and currently runs the beloved local hotspot Yard58 Cafe and Nursery in Queenscliff.
Jess and her team have been working hard get the cafe up and running over the past few months and are looking forward to meeting you all soon.

Opening Hours MON – FRI 6.30AM – 2.30PM SAT 8AM – 2.30PM 
KITCHEN CLOSES 2.00PM | SUNDAY CLOSED.
