Q&A with The Point’s Estate Manager, Leonie!

30 April 2020

Introducing Leonie Sexton, the very friendly Estate Manager at The Point ready to greet you at our Sales Office.

With an amazing wealth of industry experience behind her, Leonie has hit the ground running since taking over the reins at The Point. Whether it be chatting with locals over a coffee at Café 3225 or liaising with contractors on-site, you couldn’t be in better hands with Leonie.

Leonie was kind enough to sit with us and share some of her favourite things about The Point community.

What is your favourite part about helping people join The Point community?

My favourite part about helping people is making them feel at ease and comfortable. I enjoy building a trusting relationship with them so I can find out what they need and how I can help them. Making their dreams become reality and assisting them with visualising life at The Point is a great feeling.

What do you think sets The Point apart from other communities on the Bellarine Peninsula?

The beautiful environment that has been created with the bike and walking tracks as well as park and lake frontage homes that capture a truly relaxed coastal lifestyle. The easy access to historical Queenscliff and the ferry to the Mornington Peninsula are hugely popular in the area. Also, the conservation areas that surround us including Swan Bay, Lake Victoria and Moonah Woodlands make The Point the nature lover’s dream. The friendly and supportive sense of community that is developing here at The Point creates a welcoming environment you just don’t get anywhere else.

If you have any questions or would like to know how you can find your place at The Point, head to Café 3225 for a coffee and then pop next to visit Leonie at The Point Sales Office. Find out how you can get in touch with Leonie here.
