Meet The Point Residents – Frank and Gemma

Having carefully considered all their options, Frank and Gemma purchased a 350sqm block of land at The Point and are looking forward to building their dream home.   

“We decided to purchase and build our first home at The Point primarily because we fell in love with the area. We were also impressed by how beautifully planned out the estate was when compared with other neighbouring estates,” Mr Mileto said. 

The couple were also drawn in by The Point’s envious coastal location. 

“The proximity of the community to the beach means everyone is relaxed. We love that there is so much to do in the area with beautiful lakes, parks, walking tracks, cafes and shops all within close range”.

“We will begin construction of our new four-bedroom, two-bathroom home later this year and we cannot wait to start our new life together at The Point.”
